ATHLETE INFO

Bus Times: Please note there are TWO departure times. We estimate all buses will be back in Hingham by 6:30pm.

Boys Novice 8+ and 4+ rowers— Please meet in front of HHS at 5:15am sharp.

All Girls and Remaining Boys — Please meet in front of HHS at 10:00am sharp.

Athletes on later buses should have breakfast at home.

* * Athletes are asked to bring the following items to the Parent Hospitality Car before getting on the bus. As always, please remember to bring your own water bottles!

GIRLS

Novice Girls: Granola Bars (Nut free options are always appreciated) and Fruit Snacks
Varsity Girls: Strawberries/Grapes (pre-washed)

BOYS

Novice Boys: Chocolate Milk (Shelf stable boxes, no Yoohoo or large gallon jugs as we don't have cups)
Varsity Boys: Capri Suns and Electrolyte Mix (single packets)

Regatta Menu: Please eat breakfast at home or bring with you. Pancakes will be available before racing. Lunch will be burgers and pasta salad. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available.

All races will be 4500m in length. Note there is no spectator viewing at the start line. Our team tents will be set up along the river just east of the boathouse around the last 1000m mark of the race. Spectator Parking:

Primary parking will be available across the street just east of the boathouse in Regatta Field/Main Lot. The cost to park is $20. Free parking may be available on side streets in the area, but please mind "No Parking" signs as you may be towed. Please note: The breakdown lane on the eastbound side of Pawtucket Blvd is exclusively for boat trailers and food trailers. The team will have two 10' x 20' tent spaces (team tent area B) along the river just below the UMass boathouse on the course and across from vendors' tents, roughly 800m-500m from the finish line. As a reminder, racing in the fall is a time trial with boats starting separately from each other and racing for the fastest time. The order boats finish is not the order they place.
