WINTER TRAINING INFORMATION
Winter training is nearly here! Please find below pricing for the upcoming Winter Training Program. Registration will be open early next week, we will send an email with the link when it is open.
There are two options available:
Option 1: Winter Training Full Program / 5 days per week Price: $750 Sibling Discount: $150 discount off the second and successive siblings. Sibling discount only applies if all siblings are selecting option #1.
Option 2: Winter Training Erg Only Program / 2 days per week Price: $450. No Sibling Discount.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Season Dates: December 2 - March 6 (HHS holiday days are off) Days: 5 Days / Week (Monday-Friday) Times: 3-5 pm (subject to change given practice space availability)
M/W: Girls Ergometer and calisthenics/balance/flexibility training (Head Coach Marika Kopp) Tu/Th: Girls MassMVMNT (MassMVMNT athletic training professionals) M/W: Boys MassMVMNT (MassMVMNT athletic training professionals) Tu/Th: Boys Ergometer and calisthenics/balance/flexibility training (Head Coach John O'Neill) F: Girls and Boys alternating between Cycletown Studios and Krigsman Yoga (one week Boys at Cycletown, Girls Krigsman. The following week Boys at Krigsman, Girls Cycletown etc...) TBD: Rowing Tank training at Duxbury Bay Maritime School (DBMS) facilities. Estimated availability starting mid-winter.
C.R.A.S.H.-B: Additionally, each athlete will be supported and encouraged to participate in the 2020 C.R.A.S.H.-B. World Indoor Rowing Championships on March 1st, held at Boston University. This is a fantastic culminating event for the athletes to race for individual success and team pride. We encourage all athletes who are not participating in other winter sports to join our winter training as we have worked hard to identify and build a program that will build total body fitness while sharpening the technical skills necessary for continued success this Spring season.
