If you have not signed up for Dibs, there's still time! The Exeter Invitational is being staffed by Junior and Senior parents; all parents are supplying Dibs items.
Please send Dibs items with your athlete on regatta day - Dibs items should be delivered to the collection vehicle (look for open trunk) prior to getting on the bus. Please use this link to sign up for dibs:
BUSES, GPS AND RACE ORDER:
Team buses will leave from the front of HHS at 11:30 AM sharp. Athletes should arrive at the bus 15 minutes before departure. As a reminder, ALL athletes MUST travel to and from regattas on the bus per HHS. HOSPITALITY TRAILER DRIVERS NEEDED:
For future regattas, we are seeking volunteers to drive the hospitality trailer. Volunteers need to have a vehicle with a towing hitch and experience with trailers (boats, campers, etc.) of at least 15' long. Please contact Gates Bryant if you are interested and can help out.
